The IGLP roundtables explored issues of power, law, and political economy in global affairs, in particular the way new digital technologies are impacting patterns of dominance and inequality. Prof. Fleur Johns (University of New South Wales, Faculty of Law) discussed the relation between international law and data governance, with particular regard to data jurisdictions.
