X Annual IGLP & RCC Business Law Seminar

From September 24-27, 2012, the IGLP & our Leading Sponsor the Real Colegio Complutense hosted our 10th Annual Business Law Seminar, A Comparative Perspective on Old and New Problems of Corporate and Financial Law, at Harvard Law School.  The event featured presentations and roundtable discussions focused on comparative issue between US and European corporate law.  HLS Professors Jesse Fried, Guhan Subramanian, John Coates and Reinier Kraakman each made presentations at this event.

This event took place on Monday, September 24th in Hauser Hall 101.  From September 25-27 it took place in Wasserstein 2019B.
