International Taxation Seminar: Issues and Challenges in the International Taxation Field

On June 7-9, 2017, the IGLP co-sponsored the International Taxation Seminar “Issues and Challenges in the International Taxation Field” at Harvard Law School, organized by Rey Juan Carlos University and the Real Colegio Complutense at Harvard. The  course focused on international taxation issues such as state aid, tax havens, anti-abuse clauses in double taxation conventions, and aggressive tax planning techniques, as well as “BEPS” (Base Erosion and Profits Shifting).
