IGLP Idea Lab: The Fate of Law as Technology

The Idea lab aimed to bring together a range of young scholars moving from different angles to more critically engage with the dominant theme of technology. While most debates focus on the relation between law and technology, this event explored the idea of law as technology: how law and technology share assumptions and modalities in a process of co-production. We put together three working groups respectively engaging with political, economic, and social dimensions. Each group developed an open conversation on specific questions related to their focus.
