On September 21-23, 2015, the IGLP co-sponsored a conference with the Real Colegio Complutense to offer a transatlantic perspective on the financial crisis. The event offered the opportunity to analyze and debate some of the key issues in the current regulation and corporate financial system, comparing the European experience -especially the case of Spain- with the U.S.
