The IGLP and the HLS Program on Law and Social Thought will co-sponsor “Doing a Distributional Analysis”

This program focused on new work by IGLP affiliated faculty including Isabel Cristina Jaramillo Sierra (Universidad de los Andes ) who shared her paper “Uncertainty as Method: Distributional Analysis as Critique and Reconstruction,” Duncan Kennedy (Harvard Law School) who shared his new work “Analyzing Distribution: Ricardo, Marx, CLS,” and Janet Halley (Harvard Law School) who shared her article “Steps in a Distributional Analysis.”
