The 2018 IGLP Scholars Workshop, coordinated in collaboration with The Thailand Institute of Justice was an intensive, regionally-focused residential program that brought together an international cohort of young doctoral scholars, post-doctoral scholars and junior faculty for intensive collaboration, mentoring, and cross-training.

From January 7th to 11th, 2018, the workshop gathered over fifty highly selected young scholars from all over the world to join an intensive, regionally-focused program, inclusive of thematic streams, roundtables, and writing workshops featuring prominent experts and scholars who offered individual or group mentoring and cross-training. Over the years, the IGLP Scholars Workshop has become one of the most coveted events, attracting hundreds of applications from all over the world. The workshop aspires to offer scholars working outside the mainstream a proper venue to refine their critical inclinations and approaches. Participants are given the opportunity to present their ongoing projects and research to receive structured feedback from both their peers and established academics.
