October 7-9, 2013, the IGLP & our Leading Sponsor the Real Colegio Complutense hosted our 11th Annual Business Law Seminar, “Restructuring of the Financial System and New Negotiation Strategies”, at Harvard Law School. The event featured presentations and roundtable discussions focused on comparative issues between US and European corporate law.
